Role

To facilitate their continued growth, our client is appointing a skilled Warehouse Manager to ensure a consistent flow of goods throughout the warehouse, as well as streamline processes and increase overall efficiency.

Other responsibilities include:

Ensure all OH&S procedures are followed
Oversee all warehouse and distribution activity
Report on all stock discrepancies an implement action plans to reduce error
Ensure commitments to DIFOT and SIFOT are being met
Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency
Lead by example and promote a safe, collaborative workplace

To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, analytical, and capable of leading a team to achieve company goals.

You have a commitment to continuous improvement and have previously implemented policies and procedures to increase overall operational efficiencies

Experience managing a team

Physically fit, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
Strong organisational and time management skills
35 years in warehouse management
Ability to think on your feet in a fast paced environment
