We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at our brand-new display in Castle Towers Shopping Centre. This exciting opportunity will later transition to our state-of-the-art CUPRA Garage in Castle Hill when it opens in 2024.

Role Description:

As a CUPRA Lead Generation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, focusing on promoting and generating leads for our cutting-edge electric vehicle offerings.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads from our display at Castle Towers Shopping Centre and maintain regular contact with these leads throughout the sales process.

By utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills and deep knowledge of the CUPRA brand, including its electric vehicle line up, you will build strong relationships with potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively engage with visitors at our Castle Towers display, capturing their interest and gathering relevant information.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their preferences, needs, and purchasing timelines, with a focus on CUPRA's electric vehicle offerings.
  • Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, utilizing various lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with comprehensive lead information and supporting them throughout the sales process, particularly in promoting CUPRA's electric vehicle features and benefits.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CUPRA product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends, with a specific emphasis on electric vehicles, to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions and progress using our CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of electric vehicle trends and technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with potential customers, highlighting the benefits of electric vehicles.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and qualify leads effectively, with a focus on promoting electric vehicle offerings.
