Key Accountabilities:
- Create and manage content for our social media channels
- Monitor and respond to customer queries, comments and reviews
- Develop and monitor campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Develop and implement social media strategies
- Create engaging visuals and copy for website and other digital platforms
- Conducting SEO and keyword research to optimise presence
- Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers and banners
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 35 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Experience with SEO
- Basic intermediate Graphic Design skills
