    The Global Payments Solutions (GPS) team comprises nearly 10,000 professionals across 60+ countries. Renowned for our ability to facilitate cross-border, cross-currency payments efficiently, our expertise has earned us numerous awards.
    We are looking for a skilled Senior Sales Manager to join the GPS team. In this role, you will focus on driving sales growth, maintaining revenue streams, and exploring new opportunities. Your responsibilities include pitching innovative GPS solutions to clients in the public sector, insurance, and financial industries.
    As part of this dynamic team, you will engage with stakeholders locally and globally, sharing insights on payments solutions and leading client workshops. You will benefit from the wealth of experience within the team, fostering personal and professional growth while expanding your career prospects with HSBC's global network.
    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Being a GPS specialist and leading sales efforts on key opportunities
    • Developing business with new and existing clients in various sectors
    • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Collaborating with Relationship Managers and product partners
    • Enhancing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
    • Participating in pricing, negotiation, and efficiency initiatives
    • Providing guidance to team members and championing industry changes
    • Contributing to marketing efforts to showcase HSBC's capabilities
    Requirements:
    • Extensive knowledge of payments solutions and services in a sales capacity
    • Experience with Financial Institutions Group clients
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proven sales record and negotiation skills
    • Commercial acumen for client and business success
    • Understanding of market trends and regulatory landscape
    • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
    Candidates with Australian PR/Citizenship, New Zealand Citizenship, or valid work rights in Australia will be prioritized.
