Reporting to the Vice-President (Corporate Services) the University Project Management Office (UPMO) provides a permanent portfolio, program, and project management office to support the prioritisation, planning, delivery and reporting of the University's project portfolio in collaboration with a number of stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our innovative and dynamic team who has a continuous improvement mindset and wants to play an integral role in the performance and delivery of the University's project portfolio.

The Opportunity and Key Criteria

In this role, you will use your comprehensive analytical skills and collaborative work style to support the prioritisation, planning, delivery and reporting of the University's project portfolio.

We are seeking to appoint a highly meticulous, motivated and results driven person with the following skills and experience:

Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to draw information from multiple sources and provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of data gathered.

Demonstrated experience tracking program and project status and dependencies across multiple programs or portfolios.

Ability to collaborate across business functions and rationalise reporting, demonstrating flexibility, insight and innovation.

Ability to identify, gather and analyse critical information for reporting and decision-making purposes.

Working knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.


You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence, and Courage.

Benefits and Remuneration
This full-time ongoing position attracts remuneration of $97,113 to $108,813 pa (HEW 7) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
