Description
SIG is looking for a Platform Services Team Lead.

In this role, you will plan, organize, and manage resources and tasks appropriately to bring about the successful completion of Platform Services day to day tasks, projects, and daily deployments.

You will build a team of engineers, develop and make decisions on operational and technical direction and deploy and support infrastructure for complex trading systems.

You will also be a point of escalation for any platform related issues impacting the SIG trading environment.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years technical experience in infrastructure & support environments
  • Proven track record in delivering processes to ensure operational excellence in the environment
  • Network, Virtualization or Systems Engineering concepts and skills
  • Previous experience leading a technical support team
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and decision making skills
