What You Will Do

Manage supplier relationships.
Attend and resolve supplier calls and account enquiries.
Process 3way match Purchase Order invoice matching
Process chargeback invoices
Perform supplier account reconciliation (excel skill is a must)
Ensure agreed supplier payment terms are respected.
Prepare and process scheduled payment run (twice weekly, midmonth, EOM) or as required by management.
Publish remittance advice.
Run scheduled reports (phone tracking, Vendor GRNI balance and other reports as required by management) and review prior to distribution.
Liaise with external and internal audit teams to facilitate the completion of annual audit programs.
Other Ad Hoc duties, as required.

What You Will Bring

Detailed knowledge of AP processes (includes 3way match) and procedures.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same role
Intermediate Excel skills essential (vlookup, pivot table, sorting and filtering when performing supplier account reconciliation)
Experience working in a large and complex organisation with high volume data is desirable.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a challenging and changing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Strong attention to detail
