About this opportunity

Reporting to the Credit Team Leader based in our Brisbane office working alongside a team of 5, you will responsible for managing 2,000 accounts.

Monitor assigned trading accounts and employ approved follow up procedures to ensure that customers are kept within trading terms.
Reconcile Customer accounts as required
Appropriately assess, seek approval and direct claims to be processed in a timely and efficient manner, allocate account payments where required
Handle Customer account enquiries, be able to negotiate with Customers and adapt to new situations so as to provide a positive outcome, which

benefits both the Customer and Lactalis

Good stakeholder relationship skills
Update the end of month reason code report, comply with all relevant company policies and guidelines and perform ad hoc duties

Ideally you will have:

A minimum of 2 years experience working within a similar role
Knowledge of Word, Excel and SAP preferred
Experience in the Australian Food Industry
Time management and organizational skills which are likely to be tested by the varying challenges in a FMCG business.
