About the role

Elders Rural Services is a leading provider of livestock, wool, retail supplies, finance, insurance and real estate products and services to Australia's agricultural producers and operates through an extensive network of over 400 multi-product focused branches/offices across Australia.

We are looking for our next Wool Administration and Technical Support Officer to join our progressive wool team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Flexible and part-time arrangements will be considered.

Working at our Yennora wool selling centre in Western Sydney, you will work working closely with our NSW wool team to provide an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking general administration including preparing and sending reports, coding classer reports, data capture, supporting the weekly wool auctions, assisting with network and client queries
To provide superior customer service to the Elders branch network and our customers.

About you:

Strong and practical administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Basic knowledge of the agricultural industry and a general knowledge of the wool industry would be advantageous
A passion to provide excellent customer service
Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and build strong relationships
Aptitude and curiosity to embrace innovation and the latest technology
Be a true team player with a cando attitude is a must
No prior experience is needed, just a passion for the Australian wool industry
A current Drivers licence
