Position Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Business Development
  • Maintaining business relationships with current clients.
  • Matching local positions: job posting, talent scouting, and interviewing job seekers.
  • Processing payroll for temporary staff.
  • Setting KPIs with the head office and developing action plans to achieve them.
  • Reporting sales and market analysis to head office management.
  • Collaborating with headquarters to create strategies, marketing, and promotion plans.
  • Identifying new/potential clients from the Fashion and Beauty industries.
  • Handling other miscellaneous tasks related to the abovementioned duties.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Preferred experience in the retail industry and/or Japanese subsidiary companies.
  • Strong statistical/analytical skills, including data retrieval, organization, presentation, and summarization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and fluency in Japanese due to the need to communicate with clients, affiliate companies in Japan and headquarters.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sydney
