We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated individual to join us as Executive Assistant to the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer and Corporate Services Director.


  • The position will work across Mercy Hospital for Women and Werribee Mercy Hospital with the opportunity for some hybrid work arrangements.

ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • In an exciting dualfeatured position at Mercy Health, the Executive Assistant plays a fundamental role providing highlevel administrative support to the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer and the Corporate Services Director.
  • This is a Full Time Permanent position located at Mercy Hospital for Women and Werribee Mercy Hospital
  • In conjunction with highly developed administration and organisational skills, the Executive Assistant will effectively demonstrate a skillset of:
  • Outstanding administration and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated experience assisting Executives and senior management to maximise their value to the organisation
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated research and report writing skills
  • Excellent time management; working under pressure whilst managing various tasks

ABOUT YOU:


  • Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant position
  • Strong experience with meeting coordination and diary management
  • Understanding of complex rostering (desirable)
  • Understanding of health care in a public setting (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Word Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt easily to changed work environments and prioritise
