We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated individual to join us as Executive Assistant to the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer and Corporate Services Director.

The position will work across Mercy Hospital for Women and Werribee Mercy Hospital with the opportunity for some hybrid work arrangements.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In an exciting dualfeatured position at Mercy Health, the Executive Assistant plays a fundamental role providing highlevel administrative support to the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer and the Corporate Services Director.
This is a Full Time Permanent position located at Mercy Hospital for Women and Werribee Mercy Hospital
In conjunction with highly developed administration and organisational skills, the Executive Assistant will effectively demonstrate a skillset of:
Outstanding administration and organisational skills
Demonstrated experience assisting Executives and senior management to maximise their value to the organisation
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated research and report writing skills
Excellent time management; working under pressure whilst managing various tasks

ABOUT YOU:

Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant position
Strong experience with meeting coordination and diary management
Understanding of complex rostering (desirable)
Understanding of health care in a public setting (desirable)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels
Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Word Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook
Ability to adapt easily to changed work environments and prioritise
