Your contribution within this team will provide machine health analysis and recommendations which will align with our Strategic Plan objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Customer Solutions Manager within our Customer Solutions Group, your key responsibilities will be as follows:

Provide interpretation, analysis and recommendations from various condition monitoring sources
Grow and maintain the asset population covered by a condition monitoring agreement
Generate quality actionable sales leads for the product support sales team
Provide asset insight reports to support sales activities

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you will have the following experience and attributes:

Mechanical trade or equivalent technical experience is desirable
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven experience in servicing or supporting Caterpillar products
Previous experience with data analysis and reporting
Understands the importance of maintaining confidential information
Ability to plan, be organised and manage time effectively
A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
