The Role:

We are looking for a Manager within our Integrated Mobility, Assignment Services team.


Your key responsibilities:


  • Act as key point of contact for client stakeholders and expatriates to support with endtoend assignment administration and program effectiveness;
  • Identify and manage business risks or considerations associated with an assignment, transfer, or mobility program;
  • Support mobility advisory projects to assist clients in optimising or developing a mobility program;
  • Facilitate and run client meetings, utilising relevant EY mobility advisory methodology.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in building and managing a corporate mobility program in a large organisation or professional services environment;
  • Client relationship management skills, including experience in managing executive level assignees;
  • Detailed understanding of broader mobility considerations such as immigration, tax, social security, employment taxes and employment law, across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Detailed understanding of current market practice and business trends, across multiple industries.
