About the Role
The Supply Planner is responsible for purchasing goods across various vendors and distribution hubs, both locally and imported. Based in our Melbourne office this role will have you supporting Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

You will be responsible for supporting the Planning Manager of Baking in the end-to-end order fulfilment process ensuring all production and sales requirements are met and inventory levels are maintained.


What you will do:


  • Supporting endtoend order fulfilment process with internal and external vendors to ensure product availability for external sales
  • Communication with key stakeholders and provides visibility of potential supply interruptions to external/internal customer
  • Identify and resolve supply exceptions through order management, reallocation of existing inventory and reviewing safety stock parameters
  • Maintaining planning system data to assure the highest possible level of data integrity
  • Delivering required reports, metrics and analysis as need in a timely manner
About you

  • Experience in Supply Chain management role with FMCG experience highly advantageous
  • An understanding of an MRPbased production environment and SAP knowledge is desirable
  • A team player with the ability to multitask and excel in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • An analytical mindset and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
