Looking for a motivated Service Performance Analytics and Reporting Lead to deliver service performance and analysis/insights to wider Victoria Legal Aid (VLA).
Full time ongoing position available:
Salary based on experience, range: $122,401- $155,782 plus super:

About the role:
As a Service Performance Analytics and Reporting Lead, you will oversee and enhance the service performance demand and modelling with the Criminal Justice Forecasting Model (CJFM) maintained by the Crime Statistics Agency and lead regular engagement with the Department of Justice and Community Safety Victoria, Court Services Victoria, and other agencies to better align system forecast modelling.
You will also work with our internal management to align and report on internal and externals service targets and performance and regularly coordinate with regional and programs areas on trends, risks and issues to support business needs in meeting these targets.
About you:
- Experience in overseeing service delivery target setting, reporting and performance analysis preferably in public sector.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills to liaise with stakeholders and analyses issues from different perspectives to find the best solution.
- Ability to drive process review and implement change sin timely manner.
- Welldeveloped conceptual, analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills to manage precision and accuracy in meeting tight deadlines.
- Substantial knowledge of governance and administrative arrangements associated with general Government processes.
