About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a professional, self-motivated individual with proven account development and negotiation skills to join our Sales Team in VIC as a Sales Representative - Locksmiths based in our Oakleigh site.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Locksmiths, this role will have you responsible for a defined territory and group of customers in the Locksmith market.

The key responsibilities for this role will include but is not limited to:

  • Implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue growth and market presence
  • Ensuring sales budgets and profit targets are achieved within allocated accounts
  • Account management and calling on Locksmiths to create awareness of the benefits of our product in line with the aim of maximising sales
  • Introducing locksmiths to new products and initiatives to gain market share
  • Develop promotional and merchandising initiatives to support sales targets
  • Training customers in product information and selling techniques
  • Organising and attending trade and promotional functions for customers
  • Providing monthly and weekly reporting
  • Attend industry and storebased trade shows

About You

With a solid background in successful sales, you will be results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals.

You will also have the ability to motivate, persuade and influence decision makers to ensure sales objectives are achieved. Experience working within the Locksmith industry is preferred.


You will bring:

  • Solid experience in field sales
  • Proven ability to achieve product representation, quality brand position and category dominance
  • The ability to achieve sales through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Solution selling skills to gain new businesses whilst also maintaining existing accounts
  • Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as a team
  • Commercially acumen and have good judgement skills in decision making
