About the Role
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and qualified

Boilermaker to join their high performing team based in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to secure long term employment.

Duties:


  • Interpret technical drawings
  • Technical fabrication
  • Understand the differences between the common types of welding and welding processes (MMAW, TGAW, FCAW, GMAW)
  • Working to AS1554 and other relevant Australian Standards
  • Assist in developing and/or improving company standards and procedures
  • Assist in developing and/or improving company product development projects

Skills and Experience:


  • Relevant Trade Certificate
  • Minimum 1 year industry experience
  • Experience with different types of welding & welding process
  • Experience in general fabrication
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks
  • A great team player with a positive, cando attitude
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Hard working with good attention to detail, quality & safety
