The Opportunity


We are looking for individuals with current experience and knowledge to support our Head Teachers and their delivery team with various administrative activities essential to the effective delivery of teaching and learning.

We have multiple roles available across multiple course areas in Sydney and Western Sydney regions.

In addition, we will create a pool of eligible applicants to fill vacancies over the next 18 months.


What will your day involve?

  • Provides efficient and effective administrative support services
  • Supports the Head Teacher and teachers to maintain the accuracy of educational data within corporate systems
  • Collaborates with corporate services to support the Skills Team with daytoday teaching and learning operations
  • Supports the Head Teacher to ensure day to day operational activities meet the Skills Team plans, expectations and deadline
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands and priorities
  • Previous experience in administrative support services, ideally in education
  • Ability to work flexibly and maintain a collaborative approach with team members and stakeholders
  • Certificate III in relevant field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of high quality administrative support and ability to work with a range of complex administrative and corporate systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes to support efficient operations.
