The Opportunity
We are currently on the lookout for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to provide professional administrative support to the wealth management activities of the business.
In this client facing role, you'll be working closely with the Private Wealth Advisers (PWAs) to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and respond to general client queries and requests.
This role also includes administrative support for the PWAs, including, scheduling client meetings and diary management, preparing documents for client reviews, maintaining client records and other general administrative tasks.
On top of the above, you'll also liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all client tasks are completed within set time frames - so if you like what you've read so far, we'd love to hear from you.
Secondly, you're proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite and previous expertise with XPLAN software it would be a bonus.
