Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination

Collaborate with RPOs and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with testing staff, including RPOS and lab staff.
Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure project goals are met.
Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize productivity.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in Sharepoint.

Quality Assurance

Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee accuracy and reliability in testing procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.

Client Interaction

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on project progress.

Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and expectations

Issue Resolution

Identify and escalate potential issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement solutions to address challenges.

Continuous Improvement

Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing projects.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering).
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a testing or laboratory environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and industry standards.
Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
