Our reception & admissions area is the first point of contact for consumers attending our services.
As the face of Monash Health, having exceptional customer service skills is essential to providing patients, visitors and staff with the required support during their visit.

About The Role
As a member of our team, expect to answer a range of questions and queries over the phone or face to face, provide directions to visitors, patients and staff, data entry into our Patient Information System (iPM), all whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
About You
We welcome previous experience in a Healthcare setting with medical terminology an advantage. Above all we are looking for someone who can uphold Monash Health's ICARE values.

- Have an excellent phone manner & communication skills
- Enthusiastic, compassionate & able to work collaboratively
- Demonstrate empathy and sensitivity towards visitors, patients & staff
