Reporting to the Marketing Manager

  • In Home Baking, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across our pastry and cake portfolios working with the wellknown Pampas and White Wings brands, delivering projects across the Retail and Food Service channels.
We want to think big, deliver fast, and put the right people on the right projects.

You will be a champion of agile marketing practices, supporting the embedding of new ways of working across the business and step changing the way we approach portfolio and brand management today.

Specifically, you will;

  • Be the Portfolio expert and lead for the GF business, with deep knowledge and understanding of the category and competitive landscape across the Retail and Foodservice channels
  • Assist Marketing Manager on the development of 3year strategic plan to drive portfolio growth & health, end user and purchaser preference across the Retail and Foodservice channels
  • Drive and execute the 3year strategic plan
  • Lead portfolio optimisation to drive incremental profit
  • Drive and execute the communication plans, executing with brilliance in market
  • Drive the development of innovation plans for your portfolio

What you need:


  • 4+ years brand marketing experience gained within FMCG/Consumer Goods industry
  • Degree qualified in Marketing or Business
  • Proven experience in leading cross functional projects
  • Experience in brand equity, digital, social and shopper activation campaigns highly regarded
  • Commercial acumen and analytical mindset to process data and insights into plans highly regarded.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills with genuine passion for the consumer foods industry
