Description

We are seeking a creative and driven individual who is passionate about marketing and social media to join our national team in our South Perth Office.

As a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing assistance to our national business.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that promote our brand and increase our visibility across social media channels.

About the role:

Manage social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to create content, marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Conduct market research and analyse data to inform marketing strategies.
Bring to life the Tecside brand through communication including, tone, message etc.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
Identify new social media and content opportunities
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media.
Monitor and report on social media engagement and adjust strategies as necessary to improve performance
Provide administrative support as required, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining marketing databases

About you:

Creative flair & think outside the box
Proven experience as a marketing / content creator
Skills with Videography and Photography desirable
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience with social media management tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
