_The Business_

Patties Group is a value-led organisation with a rich Australian history, home to some of our most iconic brands including Four N Twenty, Herbet Adams and Boscastle.

Recently acquired by PAG along with Vesco, we are set to become the largest player in two categories, ready meals, and frozen finger food.

The merger to become Patties Group has begun, with the landscape to include multiple sites, Mentone (corporate), Pakenham, Bairnsdale, Adelaide, Auckland, and two in Perth with a workforce of around 1600.

As Patties Group enter this next stage of exciting growth there is an opportunity for a dynamic and proactive

National Account Manager to join the In Home team and contribute to the profitability and growth of the business.


_The Role_

Reporting to the Customer Director - Coles and based at our Mentone corporate site, the role will manage key categories and successfully execute the joint customer business plans collaboratively and effectively with our Coles customer partners.

Working with our many market leading brands, this important role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders, bringing to life our vision for category growth through brand plans, promotional effectiveness, and in-store execution to deliver on the Patties In-Home customer financial goals.


The role is responsible for maintenance of customer ranging, price and distributions lists as well as aspects of trade spend management and promotional claims.

Together with the marketing team, you will prepare and execute customer specific activations to support incremental sales growth and/or NPD launches.


_The person _

To be successful in the role you will have significant Account Management experience in grocery, P&C, pharmacy or other relevant channels.

You will have strong category management, revenue management and planning skills along with a very keen desire to drive category growth and profit.


Your passion for sales, high level of self-motivation and strong relationship building skills will set you up for success in this fast-moving environment.

Effective negotiation skills, drive for results and adaptable working style will be second to none
