Are you looking to be a part of an award winning corporate organisation? Our client is looking for someone to join their Optimisations Team, where you would be responsible for assisting the Systems Optimisation Manager.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Someone with online booking tool (OBT) experience and knowledge, who can assist in the onboarding of their clients onto these platforms specifically with Zeno, Serko & Tramada
- Someone with reporting experience would be a bonus or who has knowledge of how to pull reports from Tramada
- Good customer service and relationship management
- GDS Galileo experience an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail essential
- Skilled in multitasking
