About the Role

The role of Area Supervisor is to support and oversee the achievement of routine and planned maintenance works, including scoping, quality control, supervising staff, whilst maintaining a safe work environment through a high quality of health and safety practices.

Supporting a team of trade staff, you will focus on coaching and developing your team, in addition to coordinating their daily schedules.

To be successful in this role, please ensure you have addressed the following essential selection criteria:

Trade Qualification
QLD Builders Licence (or ability to obtain)
Demonstrated experience in residential property maintenance services
Facilities, asset, project management experience
Ability to implement and maintain schedules in conjunction with our contractual requirements;
Develop, motivate and lead your team across numerous and various sites;
Set timelines, deadlines and routines in conjunction with our contractual requirements;
Conduct analysis of your teams' output and standards to continually improve the needs and requirements of your area;
Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have the capability to communicate in both a technical and nontechnical manner;
Mentor and coach staff with different skill and ability levels including apprentices and trainees
