The role
_Permanent part time position, 24 hours per week, 0.63 FTE_
_Working days:
Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays_
The Fleet and Facilities Officer will play a key role in ensuring the Fleet and Facilities team meets its internal and external customers' expectations and its strategic objectives by providing high quality and pro-active business support and first class customer service.
The role will focus on resolving queries as the first point of contact for mostly internal, but occasionally, external customers and contribute to operational tasks of the team.
With access to a wide range of confidential information relating to the organization and industry, it is imperative that the Fleet and Facilities Officer ensures this information is handled securely and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
The delivery of administration services and expertise in customer service is critical to the operational success of Gippsland Water and the Fleet and Facilities Team.
What you'll bring
- Experience in resolving customer enquiries whilst providing a strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to work with computer based technology
- Well developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Effective organisational skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities
- Experience and skills in business administration and team support
