The Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Create and distribute compelling digital content across multiple platforms.
Execute social media strategy, including photo and video shoots, scheduling, collaboration, and reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Coordinate inhouse events and promotional activities.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies.

Qualifications & Attributes

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
3+ years proven working experience in marketing or digital content creation.
Previous experience in the cosmetic medicine industry (desirable).
Experience with ad campaigns and ad management tools (YouTube, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics).
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and achieve KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and website analytics.
Must be authorised to work in Australia.
