Job Description:

We currently have a great opportunity to kickstart and accelerate your new Facilities Management career by joining our Victorian Retail Management Team


This new and varied role will see you working closely with the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be managing the presentation, day to day operations & tenant relationships on behalf of our client.


In addition, you will;

  • Assist and oversee the maintenance and operation of building services
  • Provide maintenance advice ensuring clients' quality and safety targets are met
  • Assist and ensure all planned preventative maintenance programmes are clearly documented, maintained, and completed on time.
  • Assist and oversee projectbased work including fitouts and refurbishments
  • Assist the team with the daytoday administrative components and responsibilities, such as work orders, audit reports, budget management, client reporting, risk management, permits, reactive works as examples.

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and IT skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to deliver key outcomes for Colliers and the client.
  • Good financial literacy
  • Understanding of building and infrastructure services
  • An ability to read and comprehend technical and legislative documents
  • An ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver a single outcome
