Human Resources Business Partner - Sales

We are currently sourcing for a strong HRBP to support on Australias largest technology sales team. This is a high expectation cohort and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate credaibility from day one. Experience partnering with sales is essential.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team by providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Remuneration Review: Conduct regular remuneration reviews and provide recommendations to ensure our sales team is fairly and competitively compensated in alignment with Fujitsu's compensation philosophy and market trends.
  • People Strategy: Work closely with the sales team leadership to develop and implement effective people strategies that support the achievement of business objectives. This includes talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and provide guidance to the sales team on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and performance management programs.

About You

  • Proven experience in supporting a demanding and highprofile sales team in a large organization is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
