Do you have RGM or Analyst experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in North Sydney? CCEP Australia is seeking a flexible, full-time Assistant Manager in Revenue and Margin Growth Management, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As an Assistant Revenue and Margin Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, aligning and implementing our profit architecture, including our in-year promotional optimisation within our sales channels.

You will focus on analysis, modelling, systems and reporting to support a broad range of business growth topics and profit outcomes.

If you were already working in this Assistant Revenue and Margin Growth Management role, here are some of the things you would have done last week:

Supporting the development of Revenue & Margin Growth Management (R&MGM) guiding principles, playbook analysis and modelling
Investment and spend efficiency modelling
Promotional Calendar review, modelling and optimisation
Reporting on promotional and pricing ROI.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

RGM management or analyst experience within FMCG/CPG
Excellent financial acumen and business reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to be a critical thinker and strong problem solver.
