About the Opportunity

This role will suit an individual who is highly motivated, confident and a team player with a keen eye for detail.


You will have highly developed computer skills including experience in the use of computer-based systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Content Manager or similar content management systems.


Your role will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Quality and Safety, and Work Health Safety activities within Primary and Community Health.


This is an exciting opportunity to join the Primary and Community Health team in a permanent full-time role, situated in the General Manager's Unit in Campbelltown.


What You'll be Doing

The Administration Support Officer will be primarily responsible for providing high-level support to Primary & Community Health's Quality and Safety and Work Health and Safety (WHS) activities.

This position will also provide high level administrative support to the Primary & Community Health Executive Unit and provide relief for Executive Unit administrative staff.

The position requires flexibility in the provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial support at an executive level.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  • Demonstrated experience in providing a highlevel of administrative and secretarial support.
  • Demonstrated experience providing secretariat support to committees including agenda preparation and minute taking.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem solving skills and the ability to source, coordinate and collate information.
  • Demonstrated experience and a high level of competence with computer software including Microsoft office and HPCM.
  • High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team and independently with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
