We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated
Assistant Director Case Management - Early Assessment Team at the
EL1 level to join our team in
Parramatta, NSW.


As an AD Case Management, you would be responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the NDIA's interests across a range of forums.

About You:


  • Previous AAT Case Management experience, preferably in a Government Agency or Department.
  • Strong ability to lead and contribute to strategic projects and policy development processes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing the workflow of case management support functions to ensure statutory timeframes and measures are met.
  • Managing AAT Applications received by the Agency including the allocation to the case management teams and legal teams.
  • Leading and contributing to strategic projects and policy development processes.
  • Leading and contributing to the development of Ministerial and Parliamentary briefs and complaints.
  • Contributing to the preparation of reports, business cases, meeting submissions and correspondence.
  • Leading a team and/or a scope of work, including mentoring, supervising, training and supporting Case Management Support staff.
