Role description

PulseLearning is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for
I Am Here. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting appointments for the next steps in helping our Clients. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and can showcase our business in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.


Role responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the social media landscape and drive Client interaction and engagement.
  • Customize messages to leads and maintain a consistent followup schedule.
  • Represent our company's products and services with integrity, with a keen interest in mental health, wellbeing, and its impact on individuals.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
  • A hunterandgatherer mentality, enjoying the grind and delivery of high performance in sales.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, and engage sales executives for the next steps.
  • Build longterm, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

Required education and certification

  • Minimum of a postsecondary degree.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales
  • Previous B2B Telesales experience outbound experience is an asset
  • Be driven, selfmotivated, and hungry for success
  • Provide a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency with Dynamics, HubSpot, or other CRM software
  • Possess a strong desire and ambition to help generate revenue for the business
  • Exhibit a strong phone presence with superior communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to build lasting quality relationships with integrity and professionalism with Clients
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred skills and experience

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Measure Sales, report on KPIs
  • Storytelling experience considered an asset
