About Us

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • 10+ years' experience as a Performance Tester
  • Experience in Technical leadership including management and oversight of multiple performance testing projects.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience performing in Logistics, Retail and Bill Payment industries would be advantageous.
  • Experience conducting load testing, performance testing, stress testing, volume testing using MicroFocus LoadRunner Enterprise and JMeter.
  • Providing well written documentation including Performance Testing Estimates, Performance Test Plans and Performance Test Summary reports to stakeholders.
  • Be a lead and mentor to a team of technical performance testers and promote strong delivery standards within the team.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies including integrating performance testing with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Team City and Bamboo
  • Performance testing experience with cloud infrastructure
  • AWS / Azure / GCP
