State Medical Assistance (SMA) are currently recruiting Non-Emergency Patient Transport drivers to join our NSW team across Minchinbury, Taren Point, Unanderra and Mittagong.

About you:

You ideally have a certificate 3 in nonemergency patient transport however not essential for the role
You have experience in prehospital care that is suitable for a role in Non-Emergency Patient Transport
You have a willingness to be a part of dynamic operations requiring flexibility to work rotating rosters across 7 days a week.
You are reliable and uphold the highest standards of professionalism
You are determined to make a positive impact in the health industry and have an ongoing commitment to maintaining policy and procedure
You have a positive attitude and thrive working in team environments
You are able to operate autonomously

Other requirements:

Current First Aid and CPR certification
Hold a current Working with Children's Check for paid employment.
Hold a satisfactory National Police Check completed within the last 6 months.
Willingness to provide a satisfactory driving history report.
Provide evidence of Category A vaccinations.
Must hold a current
full NSW Driver's License without restrictions (mandatory) and the ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions.
Heavy vehicle licence highly desirable
