About the role:


The Property & Portfolio team is looking for an experienced Advisor to conduct, investigate and administer the town planning and feasibility process associated with land transactions, determining and implementing the best overall option through analysis.


Reporting to the Manager - Property & Portfolio this role will coordinate and deliver projects and implement options for the Corporation to ensure we meet its strategic, statutory and compliance obligations and delivers on State Government Native Title priorities.


What the role will involve:


  • You will assist other team members in the determination of disposal options through investigation and due diligence processes.
  • You will conduct project assessment and recommend disposal options based on investigations and due diligence checks.
  • You will provide direction and advice to the Branch and stakeholders on asset due diligence and investigation through the provisions of the quality management process of the due diligence.
  • You will have the ability to draft and administer contracts for sale of property.
  • You will have good Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects to achieve agreed outcomes.

Key skills and experience:


  • You will ideally have experience in real estate in both Crown Land and Freehold Land tenures.
  • You will have considerable experience with land subdivision and town planning experience
  • You will have knowledge on report preparation to agreed deadlines
  • You will have well developed knowledge of project management principles and practices
