What Is On Offer?

Initial 6month fixedterm contract with the view to continually extend, depending on your working rights. You will still be entitled to the same entitlements as a permanent employee.

What Will You Be Doing?

Having a high level of empathy in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Who Are You?

1+ years of customer service experience
Available to perform weekend and evening work (5 shifts/week, alternating schedules with team)
Fluent in English
You are a personable, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people and is able to handle conflicts and highstress situations with grace
