Job Summary:


The Manager, Business Administration, Environmental Health Safety & Facilities Management ANZFE is an integrated, multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary field looking after the coordination of space, infrastructure, people and property, supporting sustainable organisational growth.


  • Provision of property, facilities and office / site management has a considerable impact on every aspect of the business.
  • Provision of a safe, healthy, and productive working environment drives employee satisfaction, retention and performance and this should be the underlying drive for all operations under this remit.
The role has two primary functions.


  • Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
  • Responsible for facilitating the environmental health & safety strategy in an organization and ensure compliance with all local EHS policies and standards relevant to the organization. The EHS role is required to lead and implement initiatives that help the Organization footprint achieve its EHS goals.
  • Facilities Management
  • Facilities management, Contract management & 3rd Party indirect spend management for the ANZFE region specific to facilities.

What You Will Do:

Responsible for managing and eradicating EHS operational risks and hazards to ensure an accident/ hazard free/eco-friendly work environment that is in line with regulatory requirements

  • Provide functional guidance and support to all ANZFE sites and site leaders, and make sure the EHS requirements are implemented, and objectives achieved accordingly
  • Formally audit site operations to agreed cadence, establish and drive closure of corrective action plans, and share audit learnings across ANZFE sites
  • Collaborate with AGCO Stakeholders to promote standardization, continuous improvement, and sharing of learnings
  • Ensure Atriskbehaviors and Atriskconditions are addressed, track all corrective measures to ensure they are effective and completed speedily
  • Work together with Line Managers/supervisors when coordinating investigation of incidents and injuries to achieve accurate and timely completion
  • Champion AGCO's Focus 2.0 initiatives at sites by support the company's Focus 2.0 framework for site and employee safety teams, and provide instruction and training to supervisors on EHS framework initiatives
  • Provide EHS reports for different stakeholders as required
  • Support audit process for EHS certifications
  • Creation and tracking of safety and environmental relevant KPIs, suggestion of counter
- communicating EHS projects and/or program status and results to operational leadership, measures and follow-up in partnership with line management.

Facilities Management

  • Oversee the MRO of all leased or owned facilities in ANZ & FE
  • Plan and manage all subcontractors onsite for all facilities & services provided to ANZ & Far East
  • Contract Management for all indirect spend for EHS & Facilities management purposes in ANZ & FE
  • Plan and manage the property portfolio required to conduct AGCO's business in ANZ & Far East
  • Plan and manage site security and asset protection i.e. fire, security, pest control etc. in all ANZFE sites
  • Collectively manage all insurances with the Manager, Business Administration
  • Business Services

  • Internal stakeholders: Operations lead, Human Resources and Finance team and the broader ANZFE management and employee team. Globally aligns with Global Production Improvement Team
  • External stakeholders to the role are global & local 3rd party indirect suppliers.

What you bring to your new role:1. 6 or more years' proven experience in a Business Administration / Executive environment


  • Experience in contract management & vendor management
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft tools and communications
  • Highly proficient in expense & travel management
