About the Role:


An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Manager - Risk and Compliance within the Finance Department.

The Manager Risk and Compliance is accountable to the Chief Finance Officer, Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN).


The Manager ensures compliance with the National, NALHN, SA Health directions, and National Safety and Quality Standards in respect to patient safety and risk management.


The role of the Manager Risk and Compliance is to lead, manage, support, build and enhance the patient safety, risk management and compliance capabilities within the NALHN.

The Manager provides expert advice, consultancy and recommendations on patient safety, risk management and compliance matters to the Chief Finance Officer, executives, divisions and services within the NALHN; and


The Manager is responsible for formulating and implementing the network's safety, risk management and compliance frameworks, plans and procedures that impact on NALHN operations.
