We are looking for an experienced senior technology lawyer to join the Office of General Counsel (OGC) team as the Head of Technology Contracting).
As a member of the team, you will be a technology contracting expert with experience in a broad range of technology transactions.
You will help shape new business offerings, provide legal advice relating to contracting with our clients and working with other firms in the PwC Network including in connection with global contracts, clients and solutions.

As a member of OGC, you'll make a real impact in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.As the Head of Technology Contracting (Client), your impact will be seen by:
- A high performing and engaged team
- Setting frameworks for Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial arrangements with PwC's clients to empower lawyers to work autonomously
- Developing an escalation protocol so that team members know when and how to escalate issues
- Assisting with legal analysis and providing clear, plain English advice to management on commercial arrangements and legal obligations
- Working closely with PwC's risk and compliance teams and other relevant stakeholders
- Providing focused and pragmatic solutions to address legal risks and business problems.
About You:
- You have people leadership experience
- You have experience working within teams of lawyers, supporting and consulting senior lawyers
- You have experience and confidence in dealing with and assisting senior management (both in written and verbal communications), including an ability to draft clear and precise legal documents and communications;
- You have strong technical knowledge in one or more areas of commercial law including technology
- You have excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and influence with impact
- You have the ability to identify and consider critical and key issues, assess and articulate legal risks (including likelihood and impact) so the business can make informed, riskbased commercial decisions
