We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Group Leadership & Culture Manager.

As a member of the Corporate Services leadership team, you will work closely with and report to the
Chief Corporate Services Officer.


This role is responsible for designing global frameworks and managing processes across employee engagement, talent, leadership, diversity, careers, learning, succession, organisation design etc.

It is primarily a transformation and change role and will take a lead in driving the people and culture strategy.

It will require strong collaboration and facilitation skills to develop productive partnerships with General Managers, HR Managers, and other global leaders to understand their particular objectives, environment and challenges and deliver practical solutions from a leadership and cultural perspective.


To be successful you will require:

  • A future focus, growth mindset, digital literacy, and the love for the science behind human behaviour.
  • Outstanding project management skills including significant transformation, employee communications, and change management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility rapidly and to engage and influence leadership in an agile, dynamic, and diverse environment.
  • Exceptional relationship building, stakeholder management with a proven ability to work collaboratively across businesses, regions, and cultures.
  • The ability to cascade, communicate and operationalise strategic concepts.
  • Deep coaching and mentoring skills including individual coaching and community of practice expertise.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to prepare strategic documents, presentation materials, board papers, engaging employee communications, reports etc.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience with workshop and training design.
  • Qualifications in Organisation Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant discipline with internationally recognised specialist training in change management, project management and/or coaching an advantage.
  • Right to work in Australia.
