The opportunity

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for completing daily supply tasks in support of the CH-47F aircraft which will include but not limited to:

Assist in the management of assigned items of supply such as breakdown spares and repairable items
Inventory assessment by conducting stock analysis to define reorder points and quantities
Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
Process material returned from customers
Identify supply chain alternatives to resolve issues and discrepancies
Supply management planning
Supply support performance reviews***
Experience/Qualifications

Must Have

Military Integrated Logistics Information System (MILIS), skills, experience and knowledge
Advanced Inventory Management System (AIMS) Spares & Repairs
Purchasing experience or Simple Procurement qualification
Baseline security clearance

Desirable

Previous experience in Integrated Logistic fundamentals, such as conducting stock analysis, forecasting requirements and usage assessments, RI (Repairable) and nonRI management within the Defence environment.
Demonstrated experience in identifying, establishing and promoting supply process improvements at the project level.
Understanding of airworthiness standards
Disposals experience
Stocktaking experience
Competent in the use of PC, MS Windows and MS Office suite
Aircraft supply support services knowledge, skills and experience
Ability to work successfully unsupervised and in a team environment
High level of written and oral communication and negotiation skills to facilitate open interaction between customer support teams, repair agencies and key internal and external stakeholders
