Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) currently has a Weekend/After Hours Ward Clerk role available. The permanent job-share position is for

5 hours every second Saturday & Sunday, There is also a strong possibility of additional shifts due to unplanned leave across the district, if interested.

You will provide a comprehensive range of high-level administrative and public/customer relation support functions to support the achievement of the Central Coast Mental Health Service outcomes.

What you'll be doing

The position can be based at Gosford or Wyong Mental Health Centre, however travel across the Central Coast Local Health Districts Mental Health Service to assist with vacancies and leave relief may at times be required, as directed by the Administration Manager or Team Leader.

Administrative services include but are not limited to:

Reception, preparation of patient list, typing, photocopying keeping systems updated including admissions and discharges for patients.-
Participate in Department meetings and initiatives regarding quality improvement, and Work Health and Safety
