The Opportunity:
Due to customer growth, our Mt Thorley branch is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join the team. in our Service Department at our Mount Thorley branch.

This position requires you to provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment and contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.

Roster: 5 x 7.6hr week


Role Located:
Mt Thorley Branch


Annualised approximate wage:
$148,000 per year based on 50 hours per week

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Mobile Plant Mechanic (HD Diesel Fitter / Mechanic) Trade Certificate
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment, and field service exposure, including breakdowns and diagnostics, will also be highly regarded
  • A minimum of C class Licence
  • Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills will be highly regarded
  • Working at heights qualification is highly regarded
  • Ability to follow required job scope & critical path
  • Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • A proven high level of customer service
