About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join the TPRC team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

You will be joining a well-established and successful company, committed to providing high-quality, ethical service to our clients. As Sales Manager, you will have a critical role in growing the business and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members

About You:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
