In this high-performing team, you will assist in managing customer relationships and supporting the ongoing needs of the portfolios of top-tier clients, including listed companies.

In addition, you will support the development of new business opportunities with existing clients and secure new clients.

This role will provide the opportunity for exposure to the credit and analytical elements of business banking and accompanying the Relationship Executives on client visits.

More Specifically, You Will:


  • Be responsible for the daytoday transactional banking activities related to maintaining existing clients as well as the onboarding of new customers
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with dedicated support teams
  • Gain an understanding of clients and transaction proposals to ensure the risk approvals are achieved efficiently
  • Assist Relationship Executives and Analysts in understanding client needs
  • Identify solutions, resulting in exceptional service while highlighting new business opportunities

We're interested in hearing from people who

  • Have exceptional customercentricity focus within a banking environment, ideally with CBA systems and processes experience
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication, time management, systems and process skills and attention to detail.
  • Have the composure, organisational skills AND drive to meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment accurately
  • Demonstrate the confidence and professional demeanour to pick up the phone to toptier customer
