Quality Support Manager - Rural and Remote to join our Operations team. With a base at our Support Office in Mt Gravatt you will have the ability to work from home but will need to have the capacity to travel to our sites across Queensland.

Who are we looking for:


  • Current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
  • Significant experience in leading a quality improvement program
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality management principles and practices with an emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Ability to assist and monitor the quality performance of all services and the capacity to suggest strategies to improve with guidance to promote positive change in a sustainable way.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and relate to all levels of management, employees, volunteers and customers on a regular basis
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary theory and practice within the Aged Care sector, including knowledge of current legislative requirements and Standards of the Aged Care Industry
  • Ability to travel between SCCQ sites across Queensland as required
