The WesTrac Information Technology department is seeking an
Integration Lead who is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Integration Team in its strategic direction, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of WesTrac's Integration solutions.


This senior role is accountable for strategizing, prioritising, and delivering integration solutions, providing support, and issue resolution, as well as liaising with third-party providers to provide solutions and resolve issues.

The Integration Lead will ensure that these systems and solutions are kept current, business-relevant and delivers ongoing business value.


Location:
South Guildford, WA


Roster:
Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days


To be successful the following is required:

  • Previous experience in in a similar role with large corporate integration solutions, especially IBM App Connect Enterprise / Websphere
  • Strong understanding of system Integration concepts, API practices and the National API Design Standards (NAPIDS)
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team of technical resources in the support of integrated solutions
  • Advanced strategizing, project planning and specification skills, together with problem solving and analysis
  • Advanced skills and considerable experience in one or more of the major programming languages, and in the evaluation of software solution options
  • Effective vendor engagement skills with the ability to facilitate and drive proceedings through system resolution and changes
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Organised, methodical, and detailoriented, with outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and report on multiple tasks concurrently, prioritising efforts, managing time effectively, and requiring mínimal supervision in the execution
