people2people is partnering with our client, a large energy and resources company based in Brisbane CBD. We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join their team immediately for a 3-month temp assignment.

This is a high-volume environment, dealing with multiple entities and any applicants with previous experience with ERP systems like SAP, Dynamics, and Oracle will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Processing and coding invoices
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
Reconciling supplier statements
Processing payments
Assisting with month end closing
High volume entry of invoices
Strong with bank reconciliations
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Requirements:

Recent Accounts Payable experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, and Oracle (highly advantageous)
